Business Information and Hours:
- A Tender Petal is a flower and gift shop located in Grand Terrace, California. Our business hours are Tuesday-Saturday 9am-2pm. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.
Products & Availability
- All floral products are subject to seasonal availability. When a specific flower or color is unavailable, we may substitute with blooms of equal or greater value, while keeping the overall look and style of your order.
- Because flowers are natural products, slight variations in color, size and shape may occur.
- Images on our website are examples of style and size, not exact replicas.
Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payments must be received at the time of order.
- We accept major credit cards and payment methods offered through our merchant provider.
Orders & Delivery
- Local delivery is available within our service area.
- Same-day delivery is subject to availability; please contact us as early as possible. Same-day orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control (incorrect address, recipient not available, weather etc.)
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time may be eligible for a refund (given that a contract was not signed- contracts would include wedding, funeral or large event packages)
- Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final once delivered or picked up.
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can work towards a resolution.
Non-Perishable gift items
- Non-perishable items (Candles, home goods, skin care etc.) may be exchanged within 14- days of purchase provided that they are unused and in their original packaging.
- sale items and special orders are final sale.
